The successful individual will drive the growth of our DPL Outbound portfolios, ensure the delivery of unparalleled service, and lead a high-performing team. The ideal candidate should be a strategic thinker with a proven track record in client relationship management, business development, and team leadership. Oversees operating systems including policies, procedures, and operating structure. Establishes and implements product/service standards. Responsible for analysing operations and efficiency of the call centre. May build industry relations, communicating technologies, and operational concerns through industry networking. Also needs to obtain new campaigns from internal clients and builds the credibility of the call centre with potential clients.Minimum QualificationsMinimum Qualification and ExperienceGrade 12/Standard 10/NQF 4Completed NQF 6Completed RE5 FAIS compliant (as per DOFA date)Minimum ExperienceMinimum 3-5 years General Manager experience Must have holistic knowledge of management operations across sales and operations.
