Reporting to the CEO, you will lead all customer engagement activities for major projects across Australia. Your focus will be on building strategic relationships with major builders, contractors, and consultants, securing high-value projects, and strengthening the company’s presence across key markets.You will lead the end-to-end engagement process for major tenders, ensuring coordinated and commercially astute responses while aligning customer requirements with the organisation’s capabilities. Working closely with the executive team, you will contribute to the development of innovative go-to-market strategies, ensuring the business continues to deliver value, quality, and reliability across all projects.The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience leading national sales or business development functions within industrial, construction, or engineering environments. You will be technically confident, commercially sharp, and comfortable negotiating complex, multi-million-dollar contracts.
