Major Projects Manager Ready to take charge of major engineering and construction projects? This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading Australian engineering and manufacturing organisation as a Major Project Manager. What are the benefits?Competitive salary package commensurate with experienceExposure to diverse, high-value projects ($50k – $5M)Long-term role with a stable and growing organisationSupportive leadership team and opportunities for developmentCollaborative environment with a strong focus on safety and professional growthWhat will you be doing?Deliver major projects valued between $50,000 and $5 million across multiple disciplinesManage the full project lifecycle – scoping, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure – in line with PMBOK standardsOversee resource allocation, procurement, and risk management, ensuring compliance with company and industry standardsCoordinate internal teams, subcontractors, and third parties to meet key deliverablesManage project budgets, schedules, and change orders to maintain profitability and client satisfactionDevelop and maintain project documentation, including scope, risk, and communication plansBuild strong client relationships and act as a trusted advisor throughout project deliveryConduct lessons learned reviews to drive continuous improvement and enhance project outcomesWhat do you need?Minimum 5 years of project management experience delivering projects valued between $50,000 and $5 millionProven experience managing multidisciplinary projects (mechanical, construction, electrical)Strong technical knowledge of the manufacturing and construction industriesSolid understanding of PMBOK frameworks and standardsProficiency in MS Office and working knowledge of MS ProjectExcellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skillsPreferred: Degree or qualification in Project Management (PMP certification highly regarded)If you think this could be the role for you, please apply now!
