This role is central to bringing our brand to life through national campaigns, social media, and executive coordination.What You’ll DoAs the team’s go-to person, you’ll keep projects on track and communications flowing.Key Responsibilities IncludeProvide administrative and coordination support to the Head Office and Communications teamAssist with internal and external communications, newsletters, and national campaignsSchedule, publish, and monitor content across Workvivo, LinkedIn, and HootsuiteCoordinate content approvals, update Asana tasks, and maintain team workflowsSupport social media, draft posts, review engagement, and contribute content ideasManage logistics for meetings and events, including catering, photography, and branded materialsMaintain accurate filing and document control in SharePoint for reporting and auditsWhat You’ll Bring2–3 years’ experience in administration, coordination, or communications supportStrong organisational skills, time management, and attention to detailConfident written and verbal communicationExperience with or willingness to learn tools like Asana, Workvivo, Hootsuite, SharePoint, Canva, and Microsoft OfficeProfessional attitude, curiosity about communications, and interest in brand storytellingAdaptability, initiative, and a calm, solution-focused approachWhy you’ll love working with usJoin a collaborative, creative, and purpose-driven communications team that values connection, humour, and continuous learning.
