Due to further project awards they are expanding their Perth team and seeking a Contracts Administrator to join their growing business. About the Role You will be assisting the Project Manager in dealing with claims, variations, and verifying contractor and sub-contractor claims. You will take responsibility for identifying and driving the commercial aspects of projects, and ensuring the best outcomes for all stakeholders. This is a strategic, high-impact role suited to an experienced construction professional who thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment. Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in the delivery of complex construction projects from inception to completion.Assist the Site team in delivery phases, ensuring alignment with client objectives.Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, risk registers, and reporting frameworks.Manage and influence a broad range of stakeholders, including clients, consultants & sub-contractors.Skills & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.2+ years of experience in contracts administration within construction.Proven success in assisting with the delivery of a range of commercial projects.Exceptional communication, stakeholder engagement, and leadership skills.Strong understanding of governance, procurement, and project controls.Why This Role?Join a respected Perth owned contractor with experience of delivering a range of projects.Collaborative, values-driven culture with real career progression.Solid pipeline of projects into 2026 and beyond.Competitive salary package – negotiable.Perth based role.You will have a great opportunity to join this progressive Perth builder, you'll receive mentoring & development as you look to grow your career.
