This is a senior leadership role requiring exceptional communication, strategic thinking, and hands-on delivery experience in the energy sector. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing complex projects within energy storage (BESS), EPC, utilities, or PV environments.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee end-to-end project delivery for utility-scale energy storage systems, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.Develop and implement project management frameworks, risk mitigation strategies, and stakeholder engagement plans.Lead cross-functional teams and coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution.Drive problem-solving initiatives to address technical and operational challenges during project lifecycle.Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and contractual requirements.Top Skills & QualificationsProven Experience:Minimum 10+ years in project management within energy, EPC, or utilities sectors.Practical delivery experience in PV or BESS projects is essential.Problem-Solving Ability:Strong analytical skills to resolve complex technical and operational issues.Leadership & Communication:Exceptional interpersonal skills to manage diverse teams and stakeholders.Technical Knowledge:Familiarity with energy storage systems, grid integration, and renewable energy technologies.Education:Degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related field; PMP or equivalent certification preferred.If you are interested in this position, please do not hesitate to apply!
