Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager, located in the Greater Brisbane Area. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing recruitment, employee relations, compliance, and workforce planning. The role involves developing and implementing HR policies, managing training and development programs, and fostering an inclusive workplace culture. The successful candidate will collaborate with leadership and employees to align HR strategies with organizational goals. Qualifications Expertise in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, and Workforce PlanningStrong knowledge in Employee Relations, Compliance, and Policy DevelopmentSkills in Performance Management and Employee Training and DevelopmentAbility to manage HR operational tasks such as payroll administration or benefits coordinationProficiency in communication, problem-solving, and fostering collaborative work environmentsBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related fieldExperience in a managerial HR role and familiarity with Australian labor laws is an advantage
