The roleWe’re seeking a highly capable and technically skilled People & Culture professional for a 12-month contract, based in either our Sydney CBD or Melbourne CBD office. This full-time role is ideal for someone with 2-3 years HR operational expertise who thrives in a fast-paced, compliance-driven environment.You will be responsible for the delivery and implementation of key people initiatives across our Health portfolio, with a strong focus on award interpretation, remuneration and short-term incentive frameworks, KPI and scorecard application, and subcontractor employment arrangements. This is a hands-on role requiring precision, compliance awareness, and the ability to translate frameworks into practical, business-aligned solutions.You Will Make An Impact ByInterpreting and applying modern awards to ensure compliance across multiple allied health brands.Implementing remuneration and short-term incentive frameworks, including the rollout and tracking of KPIs and scorecards.Supporting subcontractor engagement processes, including onboarding, compliance, and performance alignment.Managing complex employee and industrial relations matters with a focus on practical resolution and risk mitigation.Delivering people change initiatives including integration and transformation activities.Reviewing and enhancing HR frameworks, policies, and processes to ensure operational excellence and alignment with best practice.Collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure consistent and compliant application of HR practices.Using people metrics and data to inform decision-making and implement targeted interventions.You Will HaveTertiary qualifications in Human Resources or a related discipline.Strong generalist HR experience with a focus on technical delivery and compliance.Demonstrated expertise in interpreting and applying modern awards in complex environments.Experience implementing remuneration and short-term incentive frameworks, including KPI and scorecard alignment.Familiarity with subcontractor employment models and associated compliance requirements.Proven ability to manage complex ER/IR matters with a practical, solutions-focused approach.High attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work independently.Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.About LifecareLifecare are a part of the APM Group.
