We are always seeking people who are energetic, collaborative and courageous. About The RoleWe are seeking an inspiring and strategic educational leader to take on the role of Head of Learning Diversity, guiding our inclusive education strategy and ensuring that every student has the opportunity to thrive. This is a full time role which carries a three-year academic leadership position with an ongoing teaching appointment, based at our Ridgeway Campus and commencing in January 2026.What You Will DoAs Head of Learning Diversity, you will play a pivotal cross-campus leadership role, overseeing the strategic direction, development, and delivery of the School’s Learning Diversity and Individual Needs (IN) programs. You will lead a highly capable team of Coordinators, Teachers, and Learning Support Assistants across campuses, fostering a culture of inclusion, collaboration, and evidence-informed practice. In this role, you will:Lead the design and delivery of a whole-school Individual Needs program that promotes learning, independence, and confidence for students with diverse educational needs.Provide teachers with expert guidance and resources for effective differentiation and inclusive classroom practice.Ensure compliance and oversight of the NCCD, maintaining integrity, accuracy, and audit readiness.Partner with Psychology, Student Care, and Health teams to ensure holistic student support and seamless communication with families.Use data, assessments, and evidence-based strategies to drive continual improvement in student growth and achievement.Engage in professional networks and represent the School in educational forums to share best practice and remain informed of current research in inclusive education.Who You AreA compassionate and forward-thinking educator, you bring both strategic insight and practical experience in leading inclusive learning programs. You are passionate about building capacity in others and championing equity and diversity across the School.
