We actively encourage women and those from diverse backgrounds to apply for our roles.We are seeking an enthusiastic and highly organised Sales Support and Office Coordinator to join our QLD Branch on a part time basis (22.5 hours per week, across 4 or 5 days). This pivotal role reports directly to the State Manager and is integral to the smooth operation of our sales and branch activities. You will be the go-to person for coordinating day-to-day operations, supporting the sales team, and ensuring our office environment runs like clockwork. This is a dynamic position that blends administrative excellence with operational coordination, offering variety and the opportunity to make a real impact.RequirementsKey responsibilities Provide support to the local sales team with reporting, CRM (SAP) data accuracy, and sales administrationActing as a key point of contact for customers, suppliers and other visitors attending the BranchSupport the planning and execution of impactful sales and marketing events across the regionAssisting the sales team during customer and marketing events and demonstrationsAttending regular sales team meetings and providing progress updates on sales support and administrative tasksCollaborate with national Sales Support Coordinators to share best practices and drive continuous improvementAssisting in embedding process and system changes into the branch by providing training and change management supportLiaise with building management for office access passes and external maintenance issuesOrder, monitor, and manage inventory of stationery, office supplies, and staff equipmentServe as the branch's First Aid Representative, including conducting kit audits and ordering necessary suppliesAct as the Office Fire, Safety, and Emergency Warden, leading evacuation drills and attending required trainingLead showroom operations including request management, stock control, training support, and coordination with Marketing and IT teamsOrganise catering services for both customer-facing and internal events and meetingsConduct regular stock takes and audits across the showroom, office passes, and Brisbane asset registerServe as the Travel Coordinator for the QLD branch, managing bookings and itinerariesManage procurement processes including raising and tracking Purchase OrdersManage outgoing mail and deliveries via StarTrack and other logistics providersProviding additional branch support as required and in collaboration with the QLD Management teamWho are we looking for?We're looking for someone who thrives in a role that supports the QLD branch and brings a proactive, can-do attitude.
