The Australian operation designs and produces engineered solutions used across energy, transport, and industrial markets, exporting to customers across the Americas, Europe, and the Middle East.The Role:Reporting to the Regional Vice President, the General Manager will lead a multidisciplinary team of around 60 across operations, engineering, and commercial functions.You will build on a solid operational base to drive the next phase of growth - enhancing performance, deepening customer partnerships, and expanding the business both domestically and across key export markets.The focus will be on maintaining the operational discipline already achieved while sharpening commercial execution and strengthening organisational capability to support long-term, sustainable growth.Key priorities include:Leading the site’s strategic and commercial plan to deliver profitable growthDriving operational excellence, efficiency, and on-time delivery through lean and continuous improvementStrengthening customer engagement and market presenceCoaching, developing, and empowering your leadership team for continued long-term successBuilding a high-performance, collaborative culture centered on accountability and innovationAbout You:You are a commercially minded, authentic leader who thrives in complex manufacturing environments.
