You’ll drive commercial strategy, identify new growth opportunities (including acquisitions and partnerships), and support strategic execution across the organisation.This is a senior leadership role reporting to the GM Tourism.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement commercial strategies aligned with NTT’s long-term goalsDrive Sales, Marketing, and Ancillary Revenue initiatives to deliver unified growthEvaluate new business opportunities including acquisitions, joint ventures, and alliancesDeliver robust financial and strategic analysis to support investment decisionsBuild commercial capability across NTT and contribute to organisational strategyChampion cultural confidence and wellbeing across the organisationWhat You’ll Bring10+ years in senior commercial or strategic leadership roles, ideally in tourism or experience-based industriesProven success in driving growth and profitability across multiple business unitsStrong financial acumen and experience in investment analysis and business case developmentStrategic thinker with a track record of innovation in pricing, packaging, and market positioningAbility to build partnerships across iwi, industry, and governmentTertiary qualification in commerce, business, finance, or economics (postgrad preferred)Ready to shape the future of tourism in Aotearoa?Apply now and bring your strategic leadership to Ngāi Tahu Tourism.
