General Manager/Director of Sales

By bringing extraordinary brands together, we create carefully considered partnerships that become meaningful collaborations for all.WHAT IS THE ROLE & WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?This role sits on our leadership team and reports to our CEO. You will be responsible for managing a senior group of leaders, across all revenue driving teams and activities for Hotels and Airlines. You will be managing a broad remit across all direct revenue generating teams, including, Brand Partnerships, Business Development & Client Relationships across Hotels and Airlines.You must have been operating at a similar level in a previous role (Director of Sales), and have an extensive track record managing senior leaders to manage their client facing teams in high value and complex international sales roles. You will preferably have exposure to tenders and working with stakeholders of significant seniority. It would be of high importance that you understand consumer products, and have lead major deals of significant value preferably supplying product into Hotels, Airlines or Retail (of large scale). You will preferably have interational exposure across different time zones and cultures. You will have a high level of tenacity in supporting your senior leaders in helping their teams to find and engage, with the decision-makers.
