Join Sir Grout and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of tile and grout restoration.Job DescriptionAs the General Manager at Sir Grout you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our operations, driving strategic growth, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality services. Your responsibilities will include:Key ResponsibilitiesOperational Oversight: Oversee day-to-day operations with the owner, ensuring efficiency, adherence to quality standards, and optimal use of resources. Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans to drive company growth, market expansion, and enhanced service offerings.Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of Tile and Grout Restoration Technicians and support staff to foster a collaborative and high-performing culture.Client Relations: Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and loyalty. Prepare estimates for customers and explain Sir Grout processes and how we will resolve their issues. Financial Management: Manage the company's financial health, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control measures.Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies.RequirementsProven Leadership Experience: Demonstrated success in a leadership role within the service industry, preferably in home services or related construction fields.Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with tile and grout restoration services or a similar construction/flooring/tiling industry.Strategic Thinker: Ability to develop and execute strategic plans to drive company success.Compensation: $600.00 per yearFrom two business partners with a vision to franchise locations across the United States, Sir Grout is a distinctive hard surface care brand that leads the industry, one grout coloring appointment at a time.
