This role focuses on generating pipeline, driving new sales, and establishing long-term relationships with prospective clients. You will act as a trusted advisor, collaborating with Customer Success, Implementation & Coaching, Product, and executive stakeholders to demonstrate the value of Redzone solutions and secure new business.This is a Full-Time, Exempt, Remote role, requiring up to 60% travel to meet with prospects and attend industry events.Key ResponsibilitiesNew Business Development & Sales GrowthIdentify and target prospective accounts across manufacturing, food, beverage, and CPG sectors.Drive the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract negotiation and closure.Consistently achieve or exceed new business targets and revenue quotas.Develop account strategies to penetrate new regions, plants, or verticals.Customer & Market EngagementBuild trusted advisor relationships with executive and operational leaders at prospective organizations.Understand client business objectives and align Redzone solutions to address operational challenges.Serve as the voice of the customer to internal teams, influencing product, services, and go-to-market strategies.Collaboration & EnablementPartner with Customer Success, Sales Engineering, and Professional Services to design value-driven proposals.Work with Marketing to generate leads, secure case studies, and showcase success stories.Provide market insights and accurate sales forecasting to leadership.QualificationsDegree in Engineering, Sales, Operations or Business Management-preferred but not required. 3-5 years’ experience in outside sales, preferably in the food, beverage, consumer packing goods (CPG) sector.Possess Subject Matter Expert (SME) knowledge of QAD Redzone’s products/services and be passionate about selling.Ability to negotiate successfully and have the necessary marketing skills. Fast learner and quick thinker.Ability to focus on both results and clients’ needsSelf-motivated, and goal-oriented with a desire to deliver results and meet sales quotas.Ability to prepare presentations, communicate ideas and concepts clearly, confidently and persuasively.Ability to meet with prospects and clients, fostering trust and engaging with them to identify business needs.Ability to engage confidently with C level Executives and other decision makers.Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) and applicable CRM (Salesforce).Sound judgement and excellent assessment skills.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Able to successfully manage multiple deadlines and tasks.Knowledge and ability to learn computer based, software required to perform successfully in this position.Ability to manage projects and time under stress and deadlines.Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.Ability to work, adapt and grow in a high paced, competitive, rapid growth environment.Additional InformationWe are looking for bright, intelligent, dynamic individuals who want to join us on this mission.
