You will:Craft and protect global brand strategies, ensuring consistent positioning, and identity across all markets.Balance long-term vision with short-term impact, turning strategic insights into actionable, high-performing campaigns.  Lead cross-functional projects from start to finish, overseeing everything from campaign concept and development to crafting the media strategy that brings it to life.Collaborate seamlessly with both internal teams (local marketing, supply chain, finance & R&D) and external partners (agencies, media and other stakeholders)Your IngredientsA master’s degree in economics, management, or similar.Around 5 years of experience in brand management -FMCG or lifestyle brands is a plus.A true insights-driven brand manager, you blend analytical thinking with curiosity and creativity to transform data into meaningful brand actions.Strong understanding of category dynamics and market trends to shape long-term brand vision.A proven track record in campaign development, not just execution.
