Using a Design Thinking approach, you will collaborate closely with the UI designer, developers, and Product Owners. Your mission is to co-design solutions that resolve complex interface challenges while ensuring a coherent customer journey aligned with user needs, particularly for professional and large business clients.Key ResponsibilitiesAnalyze & Exploit: Research, Audit & SynthesisFrame projects to clarify problems, define objectives, and identify users.Conduct user research, including:Ergonomic auditsCompetitive benchmarksData analysisUser interviewsPersona creationExperience mappingImagine, Prioritize & Design: From Ideas to ScreensPrepare and lead ideation workshops with multi-disciplinary teams.Produce high-quality deliverables:WireframesUI mockupsInteractive prototypesDesign systemsPrepare and conduct user tests to gather feedback before development.Apply a continuous improvement approach.Evangelize UX Across the CompanyEngage business squads in design thinking methodology and workshops.Promote UX best practices with patience and pedagogy.Example ProjectsPrototyping for customer portals (Web and App)Reviewing and optimizing website navigationImproving UX on specific website sectionsSoft SkillsEmpathetic, open-minded, and excellent interpersonal skillsAnalytical, creative, and able to challenge own proposalsTeam player, autonomous, and proactiveGood level of EnglishTechnical SkillsMastery of Figma and Adobe XDUI design capabilitiesKnowledge of HTML/CSS/JavaScript and web interface development constraints is a plusUnderstanding of project management, budget, planning, and roadmaps is appreciatedFocus: UX Design 90% | UI Design 10%
