Your ContributionDrive the implementation of global and regional SSCs in strong alignment with the HR NEXT Transformation program, the underlying business case / sizing assumptions and all relevant global and regional stakeholders.Shape the SSC mission, vision, and interaction model together with the HR NEXT program, customers, and HR parties.Align SSC budgets, capacities, and implementation timelines with Regional HR and program leads.Ensure compliant, efficient HR processes covering the full employee lifecycle and data security.Ensure successful rollout through coordinated planning, clear documentation, and stakeholder collaboration (Global and regional HR Responsible, CoEs and Country HR).Drive the necessary project work incl. clear timeline, milestones, interdependencies and that operating procedures and guidelines are well documented and useable for the team.Functionally lead global and regional SSC operations with Regional HR and CoEs.Build, develop, and retain high-performing SSC teams, in alignment with OneMAHLE HR principle.Drive capacity planning and cost budgeting across all SSCs in partnership with Regional HR and CoEs.Ensure change readiness and drive continuous improvement of HR SSC set-up and delivery, incl. system optimization and exploring AI opportunities.Establish KPIs and drive customer satisfaction through a metrics-based, lean, and service-oriented culture.Your Experience & QualificationsMin. 10 years of proven experience in managing intercultural, diverse teams in SSC/BPO or HR Operations settings.Strong expertise in HR service migration, including transition strategies, concept development, and global implementation.Solid business acumen and understanding of stakeholder needs, with the ability to align HR services with business goals.Proven track record in managing international HR projects and implementing SSCs in a global, multi-site organization.Academic degree in HR, Business, or a related fieldExcellent communication, consulting, and stakeholder management skills, including change management and strategic planning.Strong analytical and conceptual abilities, capable of translating complex problems into practical solutions.Hands-on experience with HR IT systems (e.g., SuccessFactors, SAP HR, UKG PeopleDoc), Microsoft 365 tools, and ticketing platforms.Fluent English required; other languages are a plus.Demonstrates a solution-oriented, inclusive, and change-driven mindset, with a focus on customer value and continuous improvement.Our OfferingAttractive salary package (including private health insurance)Becoming a member of a fast-growing team in an innovative company with stable market positionPossibility to work for a well-known brand, a leader in Automotive industry whose products are highly recognized worldwide25+ days annual vacationFlexible work scheduleWe will provide a collaborative environment working on exciting assignments, along with personal & career development opportunities.We encourage you to apply if it feels like a good fit for you or to review our other openings.
