Our mission: We safely power your flight. As a HR Services Specialist you will be part of HR Services team supporting our headquarters in Switzerland. You will be responsible for performing all administrative activities in relation to employee life cycle ensuring quality and efficiency.Your tasksManage and administer all HR relevant processes/services (onboarding, current employment, offboarding) for employees in our headquarters in SwitzerlandManage and maintain employee data in Success Factors and provide appropriate documents (joiners, transfers, promotion, secondments, change of working hours, reorganizations, leavers, etc.)Coordinate with relevant stakeholders about the employees’ changesAct as a first point of contact for all employees’ queries via ticketing systemCreate, maintain and revise work instructionsSupport the continuous improvement of HR ProcessesYour ProfileMinimum 2-3 years of work experience on similar roles in a multinational environmentTrustworthy with attention to details and strong service orientationAbility to deal with time-sensitive data driven by payroll cycleStrong organizational skillsStrong communication skillsProficiency in MS OfficeFluent in English, German is advantageWe offerWe offer an attractive position in a global and dynamic company.
