In this role, you will design, manage, and optimize a variety of global learning and leadership development initiatives - from content creation to stakeholder engagement - playing a key role in enhancing the impact, consistency, and visibility of our training programs across the firm.What Makes Us SpecialAdvance your career with exciting professional opportunities in our thriving company with a startup feelVoice your unique ideas in a corporate culture defined by our entrepreneurial spirit, openness, and integrityFeel at home working with our helpful, enthusiastic colleagues who have great team spiritBroaden your perspective with our extensive training curriculum and learning programs (e.g. LinkedIn Learning)Speak your mind in our holistic feedback and development processes (e.g. 360-degree feedback)Enjoy our benefits, such as hybrid working, daycare allowance, corporate discounts, and wellbeing support (e.g. Headspace)Unwind in our break areas where you can help yourself to the healthy snacks and beverages providedSee another side of your coworkers at our frequent employee events and highly anticipated World Meeting and Holiday PartyHow You Will Create An ImpactDesign, coordinate and implement global learning programs (live/digital) - particularly leadership training initiatives - for Consulting and Central Functions, collaborating closely with business leaders, HR partners, internal trainers, external vendors and regional stakeholders to ensure seamless global rollout and alignment within a matrix organization.Analyze learning needs with HR and business stakeholders, translate skill-gaps into high-impact leadership and learning solutions aligned with company strategy and future business requirements, ensuring buy-in across functions and geographies.Coordinate the global business coaching program end-to-end: strategy, vendor and participant management, evaluation and continuous improvement.Together with internal and external stakeholders, design and evolve learning experiences using modern modalities to enhance relevance, engagement and measurable outcomes across regions.Use learning analytics, participant feedback and KPIs to assess program effectiveness, identify improvement opportunities and lead targeted enhancements to content, facilitation and learner experience.Manage external trainers, coaches and vendors: identify, onboard, maintain partnerships, negotiate global contracts and ensure quality, consistency and cost-efficiency in your programs.Plan capacity, scheduling and budget for your assigned programs, ensuring operational efficiency and financial discipline.Prepare and deliver clear, audience-appropriate communication related to learning and coaching programs – including participant information, stakeholder updates, and leadership briefings – to ensure alignment, engagement, and adoption across regions and seniority levels.About YouDegree in Business, HR Management, Organizational Psychology, or a related discipline.5+ years of experience in learning and development or training program management, with proven experience managing leadership development programs, ideally within a global matrix and professional services environment.Proven ability to engage, influence, and align stakeholders at all seniority levels.High emotional intelligence and strong cross-cultural communication skills; effective in virtual, global collaboration.High conscientiousness, strong eye for detail and talent for organization.Excellent analytical and project management skills; able to balance strategic design with executional rigor.Proficiency in Learning Management Systems (LMS) and digital collaboration tools; familiarity with interactive learning formats and technologies.Excellent written and spoken English (C1 or higher); German proficiency is an advantage.Have we sparked your interest?
