AXIS-Y is seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to implement 360-degree marketing initiatives in Thailand. This role involves developing and executing localized marketing campaigns, managing influencer collaborations, coordinating public relations efforts, and driving on-ground marketing activations with local partners.Key Responsibilities360-Degree Marketing CampaignsDevelop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, social media, PR, and offline platforms.Adapt global marketing strategies to fit the Thai market, ensuring cultural relevance and effectiveness.Analyze market trends, consumer insights, and competitor activities to create innovative and impactful marketing initiatives.Oversee content creation and distribution to ensure alignment with campaign objectives and brand guidelines.Marketing Activations with Local PatrnersBuild strong relationships with local distributors, retailers, and other partners to implement co-marketing initiatives.Plan and execute joint marketing activations, such as in-store promotions, pop-up events, and sampling campaigns, to drive brand visibility and customer engagement.Collaborate with partners to optimize campaign performance and evaluate ROI.Influencer Marketing SupportIdentify, engage, and manage relationships with local influencers to amplify brand awareness and product visibility.Oversee the execution of influencer campaigns, including content coordination, monitoring, and performance analysis.Ensure influencer-generated content aligns with brand messaging and campaign objectives.Track campaign effectiveness and compile data for future strategy development.Public Relations AssistanceEstablish and maintain relationships with local media outlets, journalists, and press agencies.Assist in crafting and distributing press materials tailored for the Thai market, including press releases and media kits.Coordinate PR events such as press conferences, interviews, and media luncheons.Monitor media coverage and prepare detailed reports to evaluate the success of PR efforts.Event CoordinationPlan and organize both online and offline events, including product launches, influencer gatherings, and local industry events.Manage logistics for events, such as venue selection, guest lists, promotional materials, and vendor coordination.Provide on-site support to ensure smooth event execution and engage with attendees.Collect feedback from events to assess success and identify areas for improvement.QualificationsEducation: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is preferred.Experience: 2+ years of marketing experience, with a focus on 360-degree campaigns, influencer marketing, and PR. Experience in the beauty or skincare industry is a plus.Languages: Fluent in Thai and English, both written and spoken.
