Store Visual Merchandiser

About The JobAs an Store Visual Merchandiser (VM) for Louis Vuitton, you will be an ambassador of the Brand and ensure the consistency, quality and sophistication of the VM implementation on all product categories. You will support the business strategy and contribute to enhancing the Client experience in store.Position: Store Visual MerchandiserDepartment: Visual MerchandisingVISUAL PRESENTATIONEnsure the store layout and product presentation align with brand guidelines.Execute seasonal and monthly VM updates on time.Good VM maintenance of store (Product, window, niched)Provide substitutes to store when product soldMonitor product rotation and replenishment based on display needsMake adjustment on display for business purposes and events.Implementation of validated zoning plan for own storeCOLLABORATIONWork closely with store manager and sales team to ensure understandingCollaborate with store team to align visual strategies with sales goals.Communicate with AREA VM for updates and feedback .TRAINING & GUIDANCETrain store staff on VM standards and display maintenance.Provide VM feedback and improvement suggestions regularly.VM PROPS INVENTORYEnsure VM props, fixture and tools are in good condition and stored properlyDo and Update inventory list for VM props bi-monthlyOrganize the prop stock storageREPORTINGReport displays execution status and provide photos (VM refresh, Product launch, animation)Report weekly VM activity report.QUALIFICATION Proven experience in visual merchandising or related field in a retail environment.Strong sense of aesthetics, creativity, and attention to detail.Good communication and teamwork skills.English proficiency preferredProficiency in MS Office & adobe photoshop to support reporting and visual planning tasks.Profile4년제 대졸 이상동종업계 경력 3년 이상 (Luxury Brand 경력 우대)- 관련학과 전공자 (미술/ 의류 전공자)영어가능자 우대Photoshop / Illustration 가능자Store근무 가능자 (주 40시간 STORE 스케줄 근무)지역: 서울 / 부산Additional information 채용절차: 서류전형 - 면접전형 - 최종합격면접은 2회 이상 진행될 수 있으며, 면접 대상자에 한해 연락 드립니다.서류 합격자에 한하여 결과 통보되며, 서류접수 순으로 검토 진행되니 빠른 지원 부탁드립니다.이력서 제목 기재 시 'StoreVM_홍길동'으로 제출 요망문의사항: career.kr@louisvuitton.com 으로 이메일 문의 바랍니다.Reference LVM27415
