Global Projects Engineer

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Global Projects Engineer within our Kingscourt Team You will report to the Engineering Project Managers and be responsible for the design, installation, and commissioning of new systems and upgrades to insulated panel manufacturing lines worldwide.You'll also contribute to the development of innovative products, processes, and technologies to support the company's position as a market leader.Additionally, you'll provide ongoing technical support to manufacturing sites, addressing equipment and process-related challenges.What will you be doing?·        Support and lead in the planning of both minor and major engineering projects on our manufacturing sites.·        Support and lead site teams and contractors in the installation and commissioning of equipment.·        Produce engineering design and project support deliverables in line with Kingspan engineering standards.·        To support the existing manufacturing processes through identification and correction of re-occurring faults and assist with the implementation of any necessary improvements.·        To carry out specific engineering tasks delegated to them by the Global Engineering Project Managers as appropriate.·        Ensure compliance with the requirements of ISO 9001, 14001, 45001 & 50001 accreditations and all other certifications currently in place, including CE marking.o  Report compliance concerns, issues, and failures. o  Participate in training as required. Ensure site adherence to and operation of the Compliance Management System responsibilities within ISO 37301 Clause 5 sections 5.3.3., 5.3.4., the company handbook and Code of Conduct.·        Supporting the overall Kingspan Compliance objectives.This list is not exhaustive and other duties maybe required that are within the capabilities of the post holder.Key Skills & Experience ·        Engineering degree with strong mechanical content or relevant engineering experience.·        Must have good technical skills and be an ambitious fast learning individual. ·        Ability to read, analyse, interpret, and generate 2D & 3D engineering drawings. ·        Excellent organisational, planning and time management skills with a can-do attitude and the ability to work autonomously an absolute must.·        Good analytical and problem-solving skills. ·        Good verbal and written communication skills.·        Basic level of PC skills required.·        Is a team player and capable of working as part of a multi-disciplined team.·        Is able to prioritise workload and balance multiple on-going projects.·        Have a high degree of flexibility in terms of global travel and working hours.
