As the Finance Manager, you will work with the teams across Global Services to provide FP&A and finance business partnering support to the stakeholders.This role is ideal for a finance professional with a curious analytical mindset, strong communication skills, and the ability to drive impact through financial insights and operational improvements.In This Role, You WillRun financial planning with the respective teams supported, as a part of broader BCG planning processLead monthly reporting, planning, and forecasting processes with accuracy, speed, and insightWork with HR counterparts on capacity and compensation planning matters for the areas supportedDeliver forward-looking analysis and insights to identify key drivers, risks, and opportunities in the areas supportedSupport the stakeholders with preparation of business cases for any change programs / initiatives in the areas supportedConnect business requirements and considerations with financial agenda, processes and systems, navigate the trade-offs coming out from the dialoguesThe role reports into the Global Services Finance Senior Director.YOU’RE GOOD ATTranslating data into actionable insights and strategic recommendationsManaging financial planning cycles end-to-end, including variance analysis and scenario modelingCommunicating clearly, concisely, and credibly with stakeholders across all levelsBalancing detail orientation with big-picture thinkingBuilding relationships and influencing in a matrixed, global environmentThriving in dynamic, fast-paced, service-oriented environmentBuilding deep expertise in the financials, proactively linking investments to business impact and value deliveredPartnering with stakeholders to define problems, deliver meaningful analysis, and propose actionable solutionsWorking as part of a team, building consensusApplying technical skills to navigate complex financial systems, extract and analyze data across platforms, and resolve inconsistencies or ambiguity independentlyWhat You'll BringMaster’s degree in finance/accounting/economics and/or an MBA is a plusA minimum of ~7 years related finance experienceGood understanding & experience of working with finance systems (Oracle/SAP, BIR data universe, etc.)Strong analytical capabilities with advanced proficiency in ExcelExceptional communication skills – both written and verbal – with the ability to tailor messaging across audiences and influence senior stakeholdersDemonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with a track record of resolving complex issues through thoughtful analysisSelf-motivated and proactive, with a strong drive to add value and take ownership in a leadership-facing roleHighly organized and adaptable, able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentCollaborative mindset with a passion for team-oriented workProven ability to build and manage relationships in a global, matrixed organizationWho You'll Work WithThe Functional Finance Team is an integral part of the worldwide Finance organization providing insight supported by meaningful and accurate financial information to help guide the decision-making process and provide strategic business partnering to the Functions.
