This role is ideal for someone who enjoys administrative work, thrives in a collaborative environment, and is eager to learn. From managing documents to coordinating training programs, your work will directly impact the employee experience. You’ll be part of a dynamic team based in Costa Rica that provides dedicated HR services to support our employees across the United States. Some of the position expectations are the following:Prepare formal letters for employment confirmations, promotions, and terminations.Coordinate internal transfers and ensure smooth transitions.Submit, categorize, and archive employee documents in the U.S. HR system.Monitor pending HR processes to ensure timely approvals.Respond to unemployment claims and hearings.Manage legal document requests.Enroll employees in development programs and coordinate training plans.Maintain training records and reporting.Assist with tuition reimbursement inquiries and documentation.Ensure compliance with California-specific employee record requirements.Distribute labor law posters to U.S. branches.Record Tax Credit Screening documentation.Guide monthly invoice submissions and ensure timely payments.Manage fuel card allocation for eligible employees.Handle Medical Child Support Orders for dependent benefits.Coordinate with payroll for employee referral processing.Provide general HR support and respond to employee inquiries.What we would like you to bringHR knowledge or experience it is not required.Advanced English both on verbal and written.Intermediate Excel Level.Analytical and problem-solving skills.Must be detail oriented. Team player. Effective Communication. Ability to adapt to change and support change management initiatives within a dynamic environment.Work schedule: Monday to Friday 7:45 a.m. to 4:45 p.m. 100% on-site, (for the first 6 months).This position is subject to a rotating schedule and shift, which may vary between day, night, or mixed shifts.
