Location: Makati, PhilippinesWork Setup: OnsiteMid/Night ShiftSalary: Open with car allowance, benefits, and other perksWe are seeking a seasoned Global Supply Chain Director to lead and transform our supply chain operations within the Global Center in Manila. This role plays a critical part in aligning with global leadership, ensuring compliance, driving operational excellence, and enhancing overall business performance.The ideal candidate is a strategic leader with a proven track record in global supply chain management, offshore team leadership, ERP expertise, and continuous improvement.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the GCC-wide supply chain strategy, overseeing procurement, vendor management, and compliance. Partner with IT on ERP and supply chain technology systems to optimize operations. Drive continuous improvement, process streamlining, and cost reduction initiatives. Govern vendor data management and performance through KPIs and reporting. Manage and enhance externally provided business services, including issue resolution and compliance oversight. Collaborate with Accounts Payable and stakeholders across the US and GCC for seamless operations. Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing supply chain team. Oversee budget, resources, and staff performance for procurement functions. QualificationsBachelors degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, or related field (required) Masters degree and certifications (Six Sigma, CPM, CMRP) (preferred) 10+ years in supply chain leadership with global organizations 3+ years managing offshore/global capability center teams Strong ERP systems experience (Workday, BI tools, Supply Chain modules) Healthcare sector exposure (preferred) Exposure in collaborating with US-based stakeholdersProven expertise in compliance, process improvement, and change management
