The GM will lead cross-functional teams, collaborate with vendors, and drive process improvements to optimize performance in ahighly technical and dynamic environment.Responsibilities Develop and implement business strategies and align these strategies with broader corporate goals andensure that the project pipeline supports long-term growth. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet the highest standards of quality andsafety. Provide leadership and direction to employees to ensure alignment with company vision and values. Recruit, train, and manage staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment. Lead cross-functional teams, including contractors, vendors, and engineering partners, to ensurealignment on project goals and customers requirements. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders, address client concerns and work toexceed their expectations in terms of quality, timeliness, and communication. Foster strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, including senior leadership,clients, and regulatory bodies. Leverage new technologies and innovations in the data center space to stay ahead of industry trends. Analyze market trends, financial reports, and other relevant data to make informed decisions. Monitor performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement process improvements.Qualifications Master’s degree or Bachelor's degree At least 20 years of experience within a fast-paced and dynamic business environment, havingattained an IDC leadership experience. Ability to analyze complex business situations and make effective decisions. Proficiency in using business management software and tools. Dynamic and disciplined thinker with intellectual horsepower, an entrepreneurial spirit and apassion for making a mark in fast-paced, growing environments. Strong communication and interpersonal skills and proven ability to influence.
