This role demands extensive knowledge for handling technical inquiries, troubleshooting, and customer explanations.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and plan Netmation systems and hardware.Respond to technical inquiries and perform troubleshooting on-site and in-house.Explain system designs and solutions to customers.We are known for our extraordinary people who make the impossible possible every day. Capable of handling technical inquiries and troubleshooting both on-site and in-house. Able to provide explanations to customers.Must-Have SkillsHigh level of expertise in PCs and systems (both hardware and software).Nice-to-Have SkillsKnowledge of electrical circuits.Global experience.Language skills (English, Spanish).QualificationsBachelor’s in Electrical EngineeringWillingness to travel and work flexible hours as needed.BenefitsNA
