We’re hiring an experienced GHL Website Designer & SEO Specialist who blends creative design, strong SEO, and technical tracking skills to build a high-performing website that converts visitors into paying customers.You’ll be responsible for building out all pages, optimizing for search visibility, configuring analytics, and ensuring every visitor action is tracked from click → lead → sale.Core Responsibilities🧩 Website Build & DesignBuild a complete, modern, and fully responsive website within GoHighLevel. Develop clean, conversion-focused layouts for all service and location pages. Maintain consistent branding (blue, black, white color palette, fonts, and visuals). Ensure mobile-first, fast-loading pages optimized for user experience and conversions. 🔍 SEO ImplementationPerform local keyword research for each service and city (Lakeland, Auburndale, Davenport, etc.). Optimize meta titles, descriptions, headers, and alt tags using those keywords. Configure XML sitemap and robots.txt; submit to Google Search Console. Add schema markup (LocalBusiness, FAQ, Reviews) via GHL or GTM. Ensure clear URL structure and proper internal linking between pages. 📊 Tracking & Analytics SetupSet up Google Tag Manager (GTM), Google Analytics 4 (GA4), and Meta Pixel across all pages. Provide reports connecting to our dashboard showing web-to-lead-to-sale attribution. Create conversion events for form submissions, calls, and booking buttons. Use UTM tracking and event-based goals to identify lead sources. Verify pixel and event tracking accuracy using Tag Assistant and Meta Events Manager. ⚙️ Conversion OptimizationDesign pages with strong calls-to-action (“Book Now,” “Claim $149 First-Time Offer”). Implement trust-building elements (reviews, satisfaction guarantee, Convoy of Hope badge). Minimize friction in booking flows and integrate all forms directly with GHL workflows. Continuously refine layouts to improve conversion rate and lead quality. Required Skills & ExperienceProven experience building full websites inside GoHighLevel (portfolio required). Strong knowledge of local SEO and on-page optimization. Expertise with GTM, GA4, Meta Pixel, and event-based conversion tracking. Understanding of Core Web Vitals, mobile optimization, and page speed best practices. Strong eye for design — able to create professional, modern, visually balanced pages. Experience setting up sitemaps, schema, and analytics dashboards. Excellent attention to detail, testing, and quality control before site launch. Bonus SkillsExperience in the wellness, aesthetics, or medical marketing space. Familiarity with Google Ads conversion tracking and Looker Studio dashboards. Basic HTML/CSS/JavaScript for custom tag injections or light tweaks. Understanding of conversion-rate optimization (CRO) and A/B testing. What Success Looks LikeThe new GHL website launches clean, fast, and visually aligned with our brand. Each service page ranks locally and generates steady new bookings. All analytics and conversion tracking are fully connected to GHL and ads. We have transparent, measurable ROI from the website within the first 90 days.
