Job DescriptionTrump International, Dubai is a luxury golf club in the heart of Dubai’s DAMAC Hills. The club features an 18-hole Championship Standard Course, a 9-hole floodlit par 3 course and a variety of world-class amenities that cater to every member of the family.Trump International Golf Club is looking for Golf Attendant - Golf Operations to join their dynamic team.Job Purpose:The Golf Attendant is responsible for member and guest experience and providing excellent service standards for all golf operation touch points: bag drop, staging, cart barn, driving range, starter and marshal.Assists with the overall upkeep of the clubhouse, cart storage area and car parkAssists in the setup and execution of golf tournaments and outings.  Provides sincere and courteous service to all members and guests with items such as bag handling and club cleaning.Maintains the cart staging area in a neat and orderly fashion, including the podium and bag drop area.Maintains the cart storage area and cart wash down area in a neat, clean and orderly condition.Prepares golf carts for play following the standards of Trump operating standards.Assists in educating players regarding course policy, current cart policy, and pace of play.Maintains accurate and up to date pace of play log sheets for the golf course which are appropriately logged and stored.Performs range maintenance such as: presenting practice facility with practice balls, bag stands, den caddies and/or ball pyramids/buckets, and maintains ball inventory over the course of the day.Directs start of play when necessary.Maintains accurate records of golfers renting clubs.Services the customer who is renting golf clubs and cleans rental clubs upon return.Assists with food and beverage activities if required.Cleans golfers' clubs upon completion of play.Incorporates safe work practices in job performance.Qualifications:Excellent people and communication skills.Demonstrates outstanding customer service.Excellent organizational skills, attentions to detail and the willingness to learn.Regular and reliable attendance.1 – 2 years customer service experience or training experience in the golf industry in the Middle East.
