Redefine the future of wellness.JOB PURPOSEManage all government-related services and ensure full compliance with Saudi labor and residency regulations.Handle daily transactions on government platforms such as Qiwa, Muqeem, Mudad, GOSI, Absher...etc.Support PEC division and operations by processing employee documents efficiently and on time.Advising management on government policy changes that impact operations.GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIESEnsure all government transactions are handled accurately, confidentially, and efficiently.Maintain updated knowledge of new governmental regulations and share updates with HR and management.Represent the resort professionally when dealing with government entities.Follow company policies, maintain confidentiality, and uphold professional conduct at all times.Support internal audits and provide required documentation when requested.Contribute to continuous process improvements in government relations workflows.Prepare quarterly reports on government compliance, visa status, Saudization percentages, etc.KEY OPERATIONAL RESPONSIBILITIESProcess and update employee data on Qiwa, Muqeem, Mudad, GOSI, and other government systems.Handle issuance, renewal, and cancellation of visas, Iqamas, work permits, and employment contracts.Follow up on government payments, fines, and e-services to ensure accuracy and compliance.Coordinate with HR on onboarding and offboarding requirements (contracts, transfers, profession changes…etc.).Track expiration dates for Iqamas, licenses, and company documents, ensuring timely renewals.Maintain accurate records of all government transactions and provide regular status updates.Liaise with external government offices when needed to finalize procedures.JOB REQUIREMENTSQualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR, Public Administration, or related field (preferred).Certifications or training in HR operations or governmental systems is an advantage.Basic English language proficiency, Arabic (essential).Strong computer skills and ability to work with digital platforms.Work Experience:2–4 years of experience in Government Relations or HR Operations within Saudi Arabia.Hands-on experience using Qiwa, Muqeem, Mudad, GOSI, Absher Business, and related platforms.Experience working in hospitality or large organizations is an advantage.Knowledge:Strong understanding of Saudi labor law, residency regulations, and government procedures.Knowledge of electronic government platforms and e-services.Familiarity with onboarding and offboarding processes.Awareness of compliance requirements and documentation standards.Competencies:Attention to DetailCommunicationProblem SolvingTime ManagementConfidentialityTeamworkTechnical Skills:Proficiency in Qiwa, Muqeem, Mudad, GOSI, Absher Business, MOL, and other platforms.Strong MS Office skills, especially Excel and Word.Ability to prepare reports and maintain organized documentation.Familiarity with digital archiving systems.Attitude:Professional, respectful, and service-oriented demeanor.Proactive and willing to take initiative.Reliable, punctual, and committed to accuracy.Calm and composed under pressure.Positive attitude with a strong sense of responsibility.Disclaimer: The above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed.
