Home About Us Forestry Communities Carbon Credits Documents Buy from us News Careers Contact Us closeGrader OperatorForm Ghana Limited, a leader in sustainable forestry and resource management seeks the expertise of a skilled Grader Operator to join its team to support general earthworks in plantation operations including but not limited to road construction, grading and maintenance.Job Title: Grader OperatorJob Grade: B3Job Summary: The primary responsibility of the Grader Operator is to efficiently and safely operate the grader machine to construct, grade, and maintain plantation roads, ensuring smooth and accessible transport routes within the plantation.Job Type: Full TimeJob Location: Berekum, Bono RegionApplication deadline: 31 July 2025Job ResponsibilitiesOperate the grader machine at the highest level of safety and diligence.Perform daily routine maintenance and safety checks.Operate the machine proficiently while stacking logs at the landing site.Complete and hand in mechanical downtime sheets and report faults and safety concerns promptly to the Mechanic.Maintain and construct toard, prepare feeder roads, fire breaks, and other plantation infrastructure as directed by the Silviculture Forester.Grade and shape surfaces roads to ensure proper drainage and surface stability.EligiblityMust have a valid operator’s license for heavy duty equipment in Ghana (Class F).Must have a valid NHIS card.Must have an SSNIT number.Must have a minimum of a Junior High School (JHS) certificate.At least three years experience operating a grader, ideally within the forestry industry.Ability to operate a TLB machine is an added advantage.Physical and mental fitness for the job.Good eyesight and depth perception.Ability to follow instructions, work independently and make reasonable decisions.A dependable team player with a positive attitude and good communication and interpersonal skills.Deadline: 12h00 on 31 July 2025An Application Letter And CV Can Be Emailed To Hr@formghana.org Or Hand-delivered At Form Ghana’s Sunyani, Berekum Or Akumadan Sites.
