Graduate Accountant - Property Sector - South DublinA well-established and growing property company based in South Dublin is seeking to appoint a Graduate Accountant to join its finance team.Operating across a diverse property portfolio, the organisation continues to expand its footprint and has ambitious growth plans in place. This is an excellent opportunity for a graduate with at least one year’s relevant experience to gain broad exposure within a commercially focused property environment.The role offers hands-on involvement across the full finance function, working closely with senior leadership in a collaborative and supportive setting.The OpportunityReporting to the Finance Director, you will support the day-to-day running of the finance function while developing strong technical and commercial accounting experience.This is an ideal position for someone at the early stages of their accounting career who is eager to learn, take ownership, and build experience within the property sector.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in the preparation of monthly management accounts, including variance and cost analysisSupport Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processesPerform bank reconciliations and assist with cash flow monitoringAssist with VAT and RCT return preparationSupport audit preparation and maintain financial documentationPrepare ad-hoc reports and financial analysis for managementAssist with budgeting and forecasting processesSupport compliance and governance activities within the finance functionAbout YouDegree in Accounting, Finance, or related disciplineMinimum 1 year’s relevant experience in an accounts or finance roleStrong numerical and analytical skillsHigh attention to detail and strong organisational abilityProficient in Excel and comfortable working with financial systemsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsWhat’s on OfferCompetitive salarySupport towards professional qualificationBroad exposure across property financeStrong mentorship from experienced finance leadershipSouth Dublin locationSupportive team environment with genuine progression opportunitiesRemunerationSalary is DOE and pension.If this role is of interest to you, please feel free to reach out to me at Dean.Kennedy@hireforce.ie.
