Responsibilities include assisting in project planning, conducting site inspections, analyzing technical data, and working with teams to ensure quality, safety, and timely project execution. This is a full-time on-site role based in Dikwella, providing valuable hands-on experience in the field of engineering and construction.QualificationsStrong Communication and Analytical Skills to effectively collaborate with teams and assess project requirements.Knowledge of Project Management principles and processes for efficient planning and execution.Background in Civil Engineering to understand technical specifications and construction methodologies.Ability to adapt, learn quickly, and contribute to engineering tasks in a dynamic environment.Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field is required; prior internship or relevant experience is a plus.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.A passion for learning and a commitment to pursuing a career in engineering and construction.
