Manager - Site Reliability Engineer

OverviewA dynamic and skilled Manager -SRE is required to drive reliability, performance, and operational excellence across critical systems and services. This role involves working closely with engineering teams to build scalable infrastructure, streamline processes, and ensure seamless service delivery. The ideal candidate will have strong troubleshooting skills, deep technical understanding, and leadership capability to guide SRE practices.Key ResponsibilitiesTake full ownership of reported system and customer issues, ensuring timely resolution.Research, diagnose, and troubleshoot complex technical problems across applications, databases, networks, and infrastructure.Investigate application faults and identify root causes related to performance, network slowness, or system irregularities.Perform hands-on troubleshooting across all systems and platforms when needed.Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams following standard procedures.Follow up with stakeholders to ensure complete functionality after troubleshooting.Prioritize and manage multiple open issues simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.Maintain clear documentation, including technical notes, runbooks, and process manuals.Collaborate actively with development teams to enhance system stability, scalability, and reliability.Qualifications & SkillsStrong ability to prioritize, diagnose, and resolve customer and system issues.Excellent communication skills to relay important technical feedback to internal teams and stakeholders.Proven experience in documenting technical knowledge and operational processes.Hands-on experience with:Databases: Oracle, MongoDBInfrastructure/Tools: Kafka, JIRA, LinuxProgramming/Frameworks: .NETBasic network configurationStrong analytical and problem-solving mindset with the ability to handle high-pressure environments.Prior experience in an SRE, DevOps, or Infrastructure-focused role is preferred.Leadership experience or the ability to mentor and guide junior engineers is an added advantage.
