About The Ovara GroupWe build AI-first back offices for SMEs: Filipino professionals, autonomous agents & capital efficiency (R&D/44A, restructuring).Why this role existsInbound is rising. You’ll qualify demand across our three pillars (AUTONOMY / OPS / CAPITAL), create first meetings, and learn a tight discovery motion.What you’ll do (first 90 days) • Learn the motion: scripts, objections, qualification (weeks 1-2) • Run multichannel outreach: LinkedIn voice/video notes & email (No cold calling, we automate it) • Qualify inbound from content/events; book SQLs • Keep clean CRM notes; update pipeline and next steps daily • Shadow founder calls; progress to running discovery in 12-16 weeksMust-haves • Clear written English; confident on camera/voice • Organised, coachable, financially driven, competitive; comfortable with numbers • Ability to hold a confident but friendly conversation with anyone.
