The company has recently launched a new Enterprise grade eLearning platform called Pathway, and we’re growing fast with over 1 million CPD-Accredited Certifications.We’re hiring a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our sales team and help convert inbound leads and warm prospects across the UK. If you're an experienced sales rep with a passion for health, education, or care — this could be the perfect role for you.As an SDR, you’ll be the first point of contact with care homes, domiciliary care providers, and health and social care sector leads. You will report to the Operations Director and work closely with the Account Executive & Customer Success Teams. You’ll use a mixture of LinkedIn, email, and modern lead gen tools as well as calls & events (where relevant) to build and nurture strong, quality leads for the business. The ideal candidate is an energetic self-starter with the ability to identify influencers and key decision makers within accounts.  Key Responsibilities• Run outbound campaigns (email & LinkedIn) & cold call care sector decision-makers• Research and build prospect lists using tools like Skrap.io and Lusha• Update and manage all sales activities, opportunities, and account information in HubSpot CRM• Collaborate with marketing to test messaging and improve conversionYou’re a Great Fit If You:• Have 2+ years experience in a sales, outreach, or lead generation role (B2B or SaaS preferred)• Are confident using LinkedIn, email tools, and scraping platforms• Are comfortable with conducting a high volume of cold calling to generate leads• Experience with a CRM such as Salesforce or HubSpot• Experience in the healthcare or social care industry is a plus• Have excellent written and verbal communication skills• Are curious, data-driven, and eager to learn• Have strong organization skills with the ability to multi-task• Are willing to attend occasional UK-based care events or trade shows (expenses paid)• Have a Bachelor's degree in Business or a related fieldWhat We Offer:• 28 days holiday including bank holidays • Laptop + headset provided• Annual training budget (£300)• Workplace Pension plan (with employer contribution)• Wellness perks + quarterly team eventsAt CareTutor.org, we are committed to creating an inclusive and diverse workforce.
