The successful candidate will enjoy working on multiple large-scale pharmaceutical, medtech and data centre projects in the Irish and international markets. The role is office based, with occasional potential site opportunities. Depending on the successful candidates’ preference, this opportunity can be permanent or on a contract basis. We are interested in hearing from candidates who have an interest / knowledge / experience in the following:ResponsibilitiesSupport in the area of environmental management / consultancy for EPA licensed facilitiesPrepare regulatory applications e.g. IE/IPC licenses, and licence compliance reportsPrepare or input into Environmental Impact Assessment Reports (EIAR)Conduct Best Available Technique (BAT) assessmentsPrepare and implement Environmental Management Plans and systems to ISO 14001 standards.Environmental auditing and inspectionsInput to LEED and/or BREEAM Assessments across commercial & industrial schemesInput to NZEB, Low/Net Zero Carbon/Energy Building design strategiesUndertake Climate risk assessment, Building life-cycle assessment & Sustainability master planningDevelop and manage client relationships (Internally and Externally)Technical report writingQualificationsQualification (Level 8) in Architecture /Engineering/ Environmental/ Sustainability or related subjectStrong communication skills and experience in dealing with internal (company teams and management) and external parties (industries, communities and regulatory agencies).
