We’re currently searching for a Graduate or Junior level Full-Stack Developer to join their engineering team at a key moment in their growth.This company has already partnered with several of the UK’s most recognised logistics organisations, with more approaching them every week - clear proof of the demand for the technology they’re building.The OpportunityThis role offers a rare chance to join a fast-growing organisation early, learn directly from experienced founders and engineers, and contribute to technology that will shape the future of urban transport.As a graduate or junior developer, you will:Work closely with senior engineers and the founding team (very experienced automotive leaders!)Build real features from day one, with full support and guidanceLearn how to design and scale systems for real-world useGain exposure across the full stack, from frontend to cloud and IoTWork in an environment that prioritises mentorship, collaboration, and growthThe team keeps processes lean, communication open, and gives graduates the space to learn, try things, and grow quickly.What You’ll Be Working OnYou’ll support the development of the company’s next-generation fleet management and IoT platform, contributing to:Tools that help logistics operators track vehicles in real timeDashboards that turn complex data into clear, useful insightsBackend services that process IoT and geolocation dataSystems that manage vehicles, sensors, and telemetry dataReal-world engineering challenges tied to sustainability and mobilityThis is hands-on, meaningful engineering work with real impact - not just bug fixing or maintenance.Tech Stack You’ll LearnFrontend: TypeScript, React, Next.jsBackend: JavaScript / Python (FastAPI or similar), PostgreSQLCloud: AWS (API Gateway, Lambda, Timestream DB, IoT Core)DevOps: Docker, CI/CD pipelinesData: IoT, time-series data, geolocation, vehicle telemetryIntegrations: CAN bus, cellular modules, hardware collaborationYou don’t need experience in all of these - just enthusiasm, solid fundamentals, and a willingness to learn.What We’re Looking For in a Graduate / Junior level Candidate:A passion for building technology and solving real-world problemsSome exposure to full-stack development (projects, internships, coursework, etc.)Curiosity about IoT, data, or mobility - or excitement to learnA good understanding of React, Python, JavaScript, or similar"Builders" mindset - always pushing the boundaries of whatever project you have worked on!Eagerness to learn, explore, and contribute to a fast-moving teamCommitment to clean, thoughtful codeOur client is an Equal Opportunities Employer committed to creating a diverse, inclusive and supportive workplace.
