Graduate Officer – Retail Banking Group - Emirati Talent

Job Purpose:The Graduate Officer will support the Retail Banking team in delivering exceptional customer service, assist with daily banking operations, and contribute to initiatives aimed at enhancing the customer banking experience and driving branch performance.Key Responsibilities:Assist in day-to-day branch operations, including account opening, cash handling, and transaction processing.Support customer service activities by addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and providing product information.Help promote retail banking products and services to customers, contributing to sales and business growth targets.Assist in maintaining accurate customer records and documentation in compliance with banking regulations.Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth branch operations and enhance customer satisfaction.Participate in branch projects such as product launches, process improvements, and customer outreach programs.Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and risk management standards.Support in preparing reports on branch performance and customer feedback.Stay updated on retail banking trends, products, and technologies to improve service delivery.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in in any discipline.Other Skills:Basic understanding of retail banking products, services, and processes.Familiarity with banking software and digital banking platforms.Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving abilities.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.Eagerness to learn about banking regulations, products, and customer service best practices.
