We are seeking a proactive and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist who thrives in a professional services environment and is familiar with recruiting for roles such as Audit, Tax, and Advisory Services. Key Responsibilities: Lead full-cycle recruitment for internal vacancies, with a focus on professional-level roles in audit, tax, and advisory services. Design and execute talent acquisition strategies by partnering closely with business leaders to understand current and future hiring needs. Drive university recruitment efforts, including organizing and participating in university roadshows, job fairs, and college relations programs.
Collaborate with leadership teams to align talent strategies with business goals and support organizational transformation as a change agent. Enhance Grant Thornton’s employer brand and ensure a consistent, positive candidate experience from first contact to onboarding. Support onboarding activities by co-leading the New Hire Onboarding program to ensure a seamless transition for new employees. Perform other HR-related tasks assigned. Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Human Resources or related field. 1 - 3 years’ experience in talent acquisition, preferably in professional services (audit, tax, advisory). Experience in university recruitment or employer branding.
Proficient with HR databases and Content Management System (CMS). Fluent in English; strong communication and interpersonal skillsProactive, analytical, adaptable, and able to manage multiple prioritiesEager to learn and take on new challenges
