Braves Creative is the in-house team creative team of the Atlanta Braves. We are responsible for the voice, branding, ideas, design and establishing the Braves brand. We create attention grabbing designs that drive revenue and support the organization with any creative needs. The Graphic Design Trainee will assist in designing creative needs across the organization.KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY: Work with Braves Creative team on design for marketing needs throughout the season. Responsibilities will include:Assisting with designs of graphics for social media and digital. Assisting with designs for printed material. Assisting with designs of logos. Assisting with designs of environmental graphics. Collaborate with Braves Creative team on developing concepts. Assisting with creative for The Battery Atlanta. TRAINEE PROGRAM REQUIREMENTS: College graduate, Bachelor's or Master's, with a GPA of at least 3.0 at graduationExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work effectively and relate well with individuals of diverse backgrounds and within all levels of the companyProficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)Customer service orientedExcellent executive presenceAbility to work long hours, weekends, and holidaysMust complete a background checkADDITIONAL PROGRAM REQUIREMENTS: Excellent written, verbal and communication skillsProficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)Excellent executive presenceBFA or a Bachelors degree in graphic design preferredWork experience in design is preferredExcellent verbal and written communication skillsPunctual and self-motivatedStrong work ethic and willingness to learnAbility to collaborate and work on a team of designersThe Atlanta National League Baseball Club, LLC is an equal opportunity employer.
