Our mission is to empower growth, innovation, and excellence by matching the right talent with the right opportunities.We are currently hiring a Graphic Designer for a digital insurance company in KSA on a remote, 1-year contract (subject to extension), offering an exciting opportunity to lead high-impact performance marketing campaigns within a dynamic and data-driven environment.Main ResponsibilitiesCreate engaging and visually appealing designs for both digital and print platformsCollaborate with marketing, content, and product teams to bring creative concepts to lifeEnsure all design outputs are consistent with brand identity, tone, and visual guidelinesDevelop layouts, illustrations, and campaign visuals that align with marketing and business goalsStay up to date on design trends, tools, and techniques to produce fresh and innovative creative workDesign marketing materials for digital ads, campaigns, and social media channelsCreate visual assets for websites, presentations, and internal communicationSupport the development and maintenance of brand guidelines across all mediaPrepare artwork for print and digital production, ensuring high quality and accuracyManage multiple design projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentRequirementsEducation:Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field (required)Experience & Knowledge:1-3 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in digital marketing or creative agency settingsProficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro)Experience with Figma or Adobe XD for UI/UX and digital design workflowsUnderstanding of motion graphics or basic animation principles (a plus)Familiarity with social media ad formats and responsive digital design standardsKnowledge of print production, color management, and file preparation for professional outputStrong attention to detail, creativity, and visual storytelling abilityExcellent time management and teamwork skillsBenefitsRemote opportunity within a collaborative and growth-focused environmentCompetitive compensationSocial and medical insurance
