Graphic Designer

We’re looking for a creative Graphic Designer who thrives at the intersection of design and AI. You’ll act as the human in the loop for our AI image generation workflows—prompting, refining, and enhancing images that support the content strategies of founders, CEOs, and executives.You’ll work closely with our content team to:Conceptualize visuals that match each client’s personal brand and voiceGenerate base imagery through AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Google Nano Banana, Freepik, Midjourney, DALL-E etc)Touch up and finalize images in Photoshop, Figma, or IllustratorBuild and maintain a template library that scales content production across multiple clientsResponsibilitiesDevelop creative prompts and visual directions for AI image generationReview and edit AI-generated images for composition, color, and tone to match client cisual strategy Design graphics and templates for carousels, posts, thumbnails, and marketing visualsCollaborate with the content team to turn abstract ideas into scroll-stopping visualsMaintain an organized visual asset library and naming systemHelp define and improve the “human-in-the-loop” workflow for AI image productionWhat You’ll NeedStrong portfolio of design work across digital and social formatsExperience with Photoshop, Illustrator, and FigmaFamiliarity with AI image generation tools (e.g., Midjourney, DALL-E, Firefly, Runway)Creative problem-solving and ability to visualize ideas from text promptsHigh attention to detail and a good sense for composition, balance, and toneBonus: Motion design or short-form AI video generation or editing experienceWhy JoinYou’ll be part of a fast-moving AI startup redefining how marketing content is created — where humans and AI work together to build the next generation of creative systems.
