This is an exciting opportunity to be at the heart of a fantastic team and let your creativity make a real difference in York and beyond.We’re looking for an experienced and dynamic creative who can translate and transform briefs into powerful design ideas.You’ll design city-wide communications and campaign materials to inspire and influence people.Working closely with colleagues in the Communications team and across the council, you’ll be open to imaginative ideas, applying them to our superb and versatile style guide. You’ll lead on accessibility, ensuring council communications are right for everyone.From creating newsletters to dynamic digital content, you’ll help promote the council’s many services, projects and campaigns which are central to the values and work of City of York Council.Hybrid working arrangements are available for this role. Each role at CYC is different and your working arrangements will be determined based on the requirements of the role and in collaboration with you and your needs as part of the recruitment process.
