Learn more: www.deccan.aiRole OverviewWe’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer who can elevate Deccan AI’s brand presence across digital and print media. You’ll be the visual storyteller crafting high-impact designs that communicate our mission, products, and culture with clarity and style.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign visually compelling content for digital and print:Social posts, emailers, website assets, business cards, pitch decks, brochures, etc.Strengthen and evolve the Deccan AI brand identity including typography, color, and visual systemsMaintain visual consistency across all communication channelsCollaborate with product, marketing, HR, and leadership teams to create engaging design deliverablesDeliver high-quality creatives within deadlines in a fast-paced environmentWhat You Need2–3 years of professional graphic design experience (startup experience is a plus)Strong proficiency in Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator (or equivalent tools)Solid understanding of branding, layout design, typography & color theoryExperience designing assets for both digital and print mediumsExcellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyNice to HaveExposure to UI/UX designMotion graphics / video editing skillsExperience in B2B or tech-driven environmentsWhy Join Us?Work closely with leadership and make a visible impact on brand strategyFast career growth with creative ownershipCollaborative culture with talented engineers and innovatorsCompetitive compensation
