Digital Commerce Hub Joint Stock Company is an enterprise operating in the e-commerce sector, headquartered at No. 21, Street 63, Thanh My Loi Ward, Thu Duc City, Ho Chi Minh City.With a team of 100 to 300 employees, the company focuses on developing solutions and platforms that support businesses in building, managing, and optimizing their online operations.Digital Commerce Hub aims to become a trusted strategic partner in the digital transformation journey of Vietnamese enterprises.TasksDesign digital communication materials such as banners, posters, social media graphics, advertising materials, etc.Support basic video editing and production for marketing and communication activities.Collaborate with the content and marketing teams to research and propose creative concepts that enhance the client’s brand image.Ensure design quality and timelines are met for each campaign.Utilize AI tools (such as Midjourney, Firefly, etc.) to assist with image creation when needed.Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.Working Hours09:00 AM – 06:00 PMWork schedule: Monday to Saturday.RequirementsHave 6 months to 1 year of experience in communication design; candidates with experience at agencies or in dynamic environments are preferred.Possess a strong aesthetic sense of visuals, color, and layout, with the ability to convey messages effectively through design.Proficient in design tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects; knowledge of Premiere is a plus.Capable of basic video editing (social media videos, short ads, etc.).Have a basic understanding of and ability to apply AI image-generation tools (such as Midjourney, DALL·E, etc.) in design work.Proactive, responsible, able to meet deadlines, and eager to learn and stay updated with the latest design trends.BenefitsSalary range: 10 - 15 million VND, depending on ability.Social insurance, health insurance, and unemployment insurance, 13th-month salary bonus provided.Employees are entitled to 12 days of annual leave per year (Additional menstrual leave is provided for female staff).Regular performance reviews, salary increases, and bonuses every 6 months.Participation in vibrant company events: team building, annual gala, etc.Company provides computer, necessary software, and equipment.Free Chinese language training (2 sessions per week).Complimentary coffee and weekly afternoon tea (equivalent to 60k VND).Additional allowance upon official employment: 1 - 2 million VND.
