Graphic Designer

User Experience (UX)Conduct user research, interviews, and usability tests to understand customer needs and pain points.Create personas, user journeys, wireframes, and flow diagrams to support UX strategies.Translate research findings into actionable design improvements.User Interface (UI)Design modern, visually appealing, and responsive UI layouts for web and mobile platforms.Create high-fidelity mockups, prototypes, and interactive designs using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.Ensure design consistency, accessibility, and alignment with branding guidelines.Collaboration & HandoffWork closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, engineering, and product.Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders for feedback and approval.Optimization & InnovationContinuously test, refine, and iterate on designs based on feedback and performance analytics.Stay up to date with UI/UX trends, best practices, tools, and technologies.Bachelors degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).Minimum of 23 years of experience in UI/UX design.Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design projects (web, mobile, or software interfaces).Proficient in design and prototyping tools: Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision, etc.Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and web development process is a plus.Excellent communication, teamwork, and time management skills.Strong attention to detail and creative problem-solving abilities.
