Creative Ideation and Concept Development:Generate innovative ideas and concepts to visually communicate messages effectively.Brainstorm and explore multiple creative approaches to design challenges.Develop original visual solutions that align with brand values and project objectives.2. Design and Layout Execution:Design visually engaging concepts and layouts adhering to key design principles such as visual hierarchy, grid systems, balance, and typography.Ensure consistency and coherence in all design outputs through effective use of color, spacing, and alignment.Produce detailed wireframes, mockups, and final designs for various projects.3. Multi-Platform Visual Content Creation:Create high-quality visual assets tailored for diverse platforms including presentations, project collateral, print materials, and social media campaigns.Adapt designs to meet specific platform requirements and optimize for user engagement and readability.Ensure all deliverables meet brand guidelines and maintain a cohesive visual identity.4. Design Trends and Tools Mastery:Continuously research and stay informed about emerging design trends, new tools, software updates, and technologies within the design and advertising industries.Experiment with and integrate new techniques and tools to improve design quality and efficiency.Share relevant industry insights with the team to foster innovation and creativity.5. Stakeholder Management:Work closely with teams such as sales, interior design, architecture, and business development to understand project needs and contribute to branding strategies.Collaborate effectively to align visual design outputs with broader business goals and client expectations.Participate in regular meetings and feedback sessions to ensure design solutions support cross-departmental initiatives.Qualifications and skill-sets:Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field from an exceptional institute.Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, CorelDRAW, Figma).Robust work experience of 6-10 years, with preferred experience in luxury space.Experience with motion graphics and video editing is a plus.Strong portfolio showcasing creative skills and a passion for visual storytelling.Solid understanding of design principles such as typography, color theory, layout, and visual hierarchy.Excellent creative and artistic skills with keen attention to detail.Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively within a team.Exceptional attention to detail, time management, coordination skills and strong communication skills with the ability to present and explain design concepts clearly and effectively.Reliable, focused, confident, articulate and self-directed with a high level of initiative and a ‘can do’ attitude
