In this role, you’ll bring Beacon’s brand to life by transforming briefs into compelling designs across print, digital, and in-store experiences. You’ll collaborate with the wider creative and marketing teams to deliver campaigns that connect with our customers and strengthen our brand presence.This position is full-time; however, a 4-day part-time arrangement could be considered for the right candidate.Key Responsibilities Will IncludeCreate engaging artwork across print (including but not limited to catalogues, POS, packaging, brochures, stationery, conference materials), digital (including but not limited to website, EDMs, social media, video assets), and signage (including but not limited to store facades, exhibition stands, vehicle graphics).Ensure all creative outputs align with Beacon’s brand positioning and style guidelines.Prepare finished artwork to the highest standard, ensuring accuracy across brand, spelling, product and pricing details.Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather product and promotional details for briefs.Work with external suppliers to confirm artwork specifications and deliver production-ready files.Participate in daily WIP meetings and contribute ideas that improve creative workflows and outputs.About YouTertiary qualification in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or similar.3 years’ experience in a design role, ideally in retail or a fast-paced creative studio environment.Competent in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.After Effects and motion graphics experience.Knowledge and understanding of HTML and best digital practices.Familiarity with video editing in Premiere Pro will be highly regarded.Detail-oriented and organised, with the ability to manage multiple projects at once.A strong collaborator and communicator, comfortable giving and receiving feedback.Passionate about design, curious about trends, and eager to contribute fresh new ideas.BenefitsTo reward you for your efforts, we offer a competitive salary package, paid birthday leave and well-being days, generous product discounts, and the opportunity to purchase shares through the Beacon Lighting share scheme.Based in our beautiful, purpose-built offices Nunawading this role also offers the security of on-site parking, as well the flexibility of hybrid working arrangements.
